RESULTS: This project features a 300-seat trade floor with supporting conference space, commercial kitchen and dining hall, gym with locker rooms and three outdoor terraces with views of downtown Houston. The result is a space unlike any other in the city with a vast trade floor, impressive north-facing windows, and a mezzanine that sets apart the public and private spaces.
